We have applied the principles of 360 Feedforward Coaching to an effective coaching process for teams. By the end of this course, you will have the skills to conduct your own two-day Global Team Coaching workshop, as well as the following monthly coaching sessions.
As the dynamics of coaching teams are different from coaching leaders 1-on-1, you will see that the Team process has been adapted accordingly.

Learn now and practice later
This self-paced e-learning program aims to help you to absorb all the coaching knowledge now, so that you can apply and practice this later. For now participate and do not anticipate as you go through this e-learning program.

At the start of each section, we will share with you the rough agenda and the key learning objectives to make your learning experience most effective. In total, the Global Team Coaching program takes around 5-6 hours to complete.
