Hi. I’m Will Linssen and thank you for joining the Global Leadership Coaching certification program. This certification program is about creating meaningful, sustainable change using the 360 Feedforward Coaching process.
All the research on behavioral change points to one common denominator of every successful attempt to improve oneself: a clear business case. So I’d like to ask you a question. I encourage you to write down your answer, but if you simply want to imagine the answer, that’s fine, too. Think about what happens when you finish this program; when you learn what I have to teach you, and when you are able to apply this in an inspirational way to yourself and to others.
