The next step to further hone your coaching skills is learning from others, as well as providing feedback and feedforward to other coaches, which is an integral part of coaching skill development.

Preparation

Kindly review two recordings of other coaches per coaching practice lab and submit your reviews through the questionnaire associated with each audio file.
Your feedback and feedforward is an important contribution to other coaches’ development journey
As you observe other fellow coaches in action, we recommend that you record your personal learnings in the notes section of each coaching practice lab in your coach's guide.
Your reviews are anonymous and will be combined with reviews of at least two other coaches (or the Global Coach Group team) in a report that will be emailed to the coach.

To assure anonymity and privacy, the uploaded audio files cannot be shared or downloaded and will be removed from the elearning platform once reviews have been completed.
