GLA Coaching Labs are not available during your 14-day trial period.
To access the Coaching Labs, click on the below button and start your certification journey.
Preparation
For each coaching practice lab, refer to the guidelines in the respective Coaching Lab.
Meet up with your partner at the agreed time to do the coaching practice lab.
Start by deciding who is the coach and who is the leader first, and then get started with your lab (coaching, followed by GDD where the coach receives feedback from the leader, then switch roles and start again with coaching, followed by GDD).
Make sure you audio record only the coaching practice lab portion where you are the coach.
The GDD should not be included, as the GDD portion will not be reviewed.
How to select a partner
To make partner selection easy, your course facilitator will manage this during the workshops. If you have preferences or questions please email support@globalcoachgroup.com.
How to record and upload
Together with your coaching practice lab partner, schedule your meeting.
You are free to use any platform you are comfortable with (e.g. Zoom, Skype, Google Meets, Go To Meeting, Blue Jeans, etc.).
When you are ready to start, make sure you AUDIO record your session only.
The e-meeting platform you have selected should provide you with guidance on how to do this effectively. As needed, you can edit the audio file before uploading it onto the platform.
Accepted audio file type extensions: MP3, MP4, WAV. Maximum file size: 20 MB.
Once your audio file is correct and complete, you can upload it to the respective coaching lab in the Course section.
Once uploaded, it will be available for others to review.
After at least three other coaches (or the Global Coach Group team) have reviewed your coaching lab, we will email you the review report.
To assure anonymity and privacy, the uploaded audio files cannot be shared or downloaded and will be removed from the e-Learning platform once reviews have been completed.
